Centrica plc is seeking a Short-Term Build Analyst who will create and deliver resource plans for Customer Operations across 1–12 weeks, supporting the planning teams to optimise staffing and profitability. You will engage with multiple stakeholders and translate forecasts into actionable operational plans.

The role emphasizes strong analytical capability, mastery of Resource Planning principles, and proficiency with eWFM, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsabilités

• Create resource plans/models to forecast staffing levels, service levels and KPIs
• Lead stakeholder discussions to ensure inputs reflect current operational requirements
• Develop and maintain planning cycles and governance across Resource Planning
• Provide commentary on deviations from plan to RP leadership
• Coordinate and translate outputs from forecasting, long term and change teams into actionable plans
• Produce clear, concise documents and analyses to support decisions
• Support ad-hoc scenario modelling and post-event analysis
• Organise RP projects and drive continuous improvement
