Job summary

Exalto Consulting is seeking a seasoned ServiceNow ITSM Project Manager to lead strategic service management initiatives for a global client base. The role is largely remote with occasional travel to Cambridgeshire, and a 12-month fixed-term contract offering up to £70,000 basic salary.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage scope, timelines and budgets, and drive governance and reporting across regions. Strong ITIL/ITSM knowledge and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering ServiceNow ITSM projects as a Project Manager.
• Strong ITIL/ITSM knowledge and governance experience.
• Experience working in global manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of ServiceNow ITSM projects from initiation through to implementation and handover.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies.
• Engage with stakeholders across regions and countries.
• Collaborate with ServiceNow specialists, internal teams, and partners.
• Drive governance, reporting, and communication throughout the lifecycle.
• Support process improvement across Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Service Catalogue.
• Ensure solutions align with business needs and improve operational efficiency.
