Job summary

Exalto Consulting is seeking a seasoned ServiceNow ITSM Project Manager to lead strategic service management initiatives for a global client base. The role is largely remote with occasional travel to Cambridgeshire, and a 12-month fixed-term contract offering up to £70,000 basic salary.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage scope, timelines and budgets, and drive governance and reporting across regions. Strong ITIL/ITSM knowledge and stakeholder management are essential.

ServiceNow ITSM Project Manager

Location: Remote - Occasional travel to Cambridgeshire

Exalto Consulting is supporting a global manufacturing organisation in the search for an experienced ServiceNow ITSM Project Manager to lead the delivery of strategic service management initiatives across an international business. This is initially a 12 month FTC role paying up to £70,000 basic salary, mostly remote with little travel to Cambridgeshire as and when needed, wouldnt be often and you would receive plenty of notice beforehand.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of ServiceNow ITSM projects from initiation through to implementation and handover.

• Work closely with ServiceNow specialists, internal teams, and third party partners to ensure successful outcomes.
• Drive effective governance, reporting, and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support process improvement initiatives across Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Service Catalogue management.
• Ensure solutions align with business needs and contribute to operational efficiency and service excellence.
