You will enable sales teams to bid with confidence by coordinating inputs from engineering, operations and service units and acting as the technical anchor for bids.

This role demands strong leadership, a proven technical presales background, and the ability to drive value across the full asset lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Strong track record in technical presales for service proposals.
• Experience in tendering, offers and providing technical/commercial support to sales.
• Proven experience as a people manager with ability to develop sales talent.
• Engineering background with ability to articulate service value and lifecycle costs.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of service sales professionals to high performance.
• Provide technical pre-sales support for all service bids as main point of contact.
• Ensure technical consistency and quality of proposals across domains.
• Coordinate inputs from engineering, operations and service units.
• Identify risks, dependencies and options early to support bid strategy.
• Enable multi-domain bids through integrated technical solutioning.
• Act as escalation point for complex or high-risk service opportunities.
• Collaborate with Service Operations leadership to ensure sellable, deliverable solutions.
