Job summary

Zscaler, Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to join our team. This remote role serves candidates within commuting distance of London, the South East, or the Midlands and reports to the Sales Engineering Manager in Solutions Consulting (Public Sector).

You will lead the technical charge in protecting UK public sector infrastructure and drive cloud security outcomes. Responsibilities include presenting the platform architecture, translating goals into actionable recommendations, and guiding

Qualifications

• Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience leveraging AI-driven solutions to optimize outcomes
• At least 7 years of experience as a Sales Engineer, Systems Integrator, or Senior Architect within a public sector organization (defence preferred)
• Comprehensive knowledge of enterprise network or cloud security technologies
• Demonstrated ability to deliver technical whiteboards, high-quality presentations, and live demonstrations
• Experience partnering with sales teams to identify, qualify, and scope opportunities while delivering POC engagements

Responsibilities

• Present and whiteboard the Zscaler cloud security platform to prospective customers to demonstrate architectural value
• Set the vision and translate complex goals into relevant recommendations for public sector stakeholders
• Act as a trusted advisor guiding clients through their digital transformation journey
• Gather technical requirements and promote the value proposition through POVs, presentations, and demonstrations with prospects and customers
