Job summary

The Harris Poll UK is seeking a Senior Operations Executive to manage the operational delivery of research projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and high-quality outcomes across multiple programmes.

You will build deep expertise in our in-house technology and partner platforms, drive process improvements, resolve issues, and work closely with Research Operations and Development teams to support clients and colleagues with proactive, collaborative solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail with clear communication.
• Strong project management and organisational skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities; ability to learn new tools quickly.
• Experience with simple programming languages, such as HTML and CSS.

Responsibilities

• Manage the operational delivery of a variety of research projects and programmes, from survey programming to fieldwork and data delivery.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to high standards.
• Coordinate across Research, Research Operations and Development teams for smooth execution.
• Develop expertise in research tools and technologies and in-house proprietary tech.
• Provide proactive operational support and build trusted relationships with client stakeholders.
