Job summary

Harnham - Data & Analytics Recruitment is seeking a Data Operations Manager to lead data operations, automation, and workflow delivery for a research and analytics business. You will drive efficiency across data projects and support the continued development of the data function.

You will manage survey scripting, data processing and reporting operations while improving automation and data pipelines. The role is hybrid with London office presence two days per week, offering career development

Qualifications

• Commercial experience in data operations or data processing.
• Hands-on SPSS usage for analysis and reporting.
• Proficiency with Python and SQL for data manipulation and automation.
• Strong data cleaning, transformation and QA skills.
• Experience with survey scripting platforms (Qualtrics, Forsta, Decipher).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage survey scripting, data processing, reporting operations and workflow delivery.
• Improve automation processes, tools and data pipelines.
• Identify delivery risks and support QA processes.
• Coordinate priorities across multiple projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
• Develop operational processes and best practices.
• Leverage technology to reduce manual workloads and improve efficiency.
