Job summary

STRI Group in the United Kingdom seeks an operational leader to strengthen the Research & Development function. This role becomes the backbone of research delivery, improving planning, visibility, accountability, communication, and systems across research, grounds, laboratory and consultancy-linked activity.

The role oversees project delivery, client engagement and team development while ensuring data and reporting standards are met and research outputs are delivered professionally.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing multiple projects and clients.
• Strong leadership and people development capability.
• Understanding of research delivery processes and quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects and client interactions.
• Track progress with visibility of deadlines.
• Identify risks early and plans to mitigate.
• Support planning across short, medium and long term research activity and improve project tracking.
• Develop team capability, protocols, reporting and communication.
• Lead across project management, client communication and technical standards.
