Job summary

NedGraphics, Inc. is seeking a Quality Assurance Lead to own and transform QA across our product portfolio. You will lead a team of 5 QA engineers, drive automation-first initiatives, and partner with VP Engineering to raise quality standards in a remote, EU/UK-friendly environment.

The role emphasizes hands-on testing, AI-assisted tooling, and cross-functional collaboration to accelerate delivery while improving coverage and quality metrics.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading or transforming a QA function
• Hands-on software testing background, including desktop apps
• Experience with UI automation frameworks (WinAppDriver, Appium, Squish)
• Proficiency in Python and shell scripting for automation
• Ability to integrate automation into AI-enabled build flows (Azure DevOps, Cursor, Claude)
• Strong communication and influence across engineers, PMs and stakeholders
• Experience working across time zones with a distributed team
• Prior people leadership and developer growth experience

Responsibilities

• Design and own the QA strategy across NedGraphics and Optitex product portfolios
• Lead a transformation to automation-first, AI-enabled QA
• Expand automation coverage and reduce manual regression testing
• Contribute to test design, execution and defect analysis for complex features
• Set standards and quality gates for releases in collaboration with product and engineering teams
• Mentor and develop a team of 5 QA engineers
