Rubrik Professional Services is seeking a high-energy, strategic Senior Project Manager to lead enterprise customer implementations and shape our delivery practice. You will own high-stakes client engagements end-to-end, driving deployment success, business value realization, and operational efficiency with minimal oversight.

This role is remote-friendly within the United Kingdom, requiring fluent English and French, strong governance, and exceptional stakeholder communication to ensure project

Qualifications

• 8+ years of direct Project Management experience delivering enterprise customer projects.
• Experience with Financial Services, Government, Healthcare industries is a plus.
• Track record of managing multiple complex engagements in fast-paced environments.
• Autonomous, strong judgment and ability to work under pressure.
• Expert knowledge of modern PM tools (Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, Asana).
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, concurrent, enterprise projects from kickoff to sign-off.
• Manage scope, milestones, resources, deadlines, and budgets for deployment.
• Identify and mitigate risks and dependencies, resolving issues proactively.
• Serve as single point of contact for executives and cross-functional teams.
• Ensure quality and performance align with Rubrik standards and objectives.
• Help build and refine PMO governance, processes, and KPIs.
