Job summary

Rubrik Professional Services seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead complex enterprise customer implementations and drive delivery excellence. You will own end-to-end engagements, coordinate across Engineering, Customer Support, Sales, and partners, and ensure successful deployments with measurable value.

You will manage scope, milestones, risks, and stakeholder alignment, while upholding Rubrik standards and delivering outcomes that maximize customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 8+ years delivering complex, customer-facing, enterprise projects.
• Experience with Financial Services, Government, Healthcare sectors a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple high-visibility engagements in fast-paced environments.
• Autonomous decision-making in high-pressure client situations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise client projects from kickoff to sign-off.
• Establish scope, milestones, targets, and resource plans.
• Identify and mitigate risks and dependencies proactively.
• Act as escalation owner for executives and cross-functional teams.
• Ensure deliverables meet Rubrik standards and customer objectives.
