Job summary

FINN Partners is a remote-first marketing agency seeking an Associate Media Director, Performance to lead multi-client performance strategy across paid channels. You will oversee activation, optimization, and reporting while mentoring a growing team of specialists.

You will translate client objectives into measurable media plans across paid search, social, and programmatic, using data and audience insights to drive opportunities and recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years in media, performance marketing or advertising agency.
• Proven experience developing multi-channel performance strategies.
• Strong client management and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead performance media strategy and planning across client accounts.
• Oversee end-to-end campaign management from planning to reporting.
• Present media plans, forecasts, budgets, and recommendations.
• Mentor and manage performance media specialists.
• Collaborate with Account, Strategy, Creative and Analytics teams to develop integrated campaigns.
