Job summary

FINN Partners in the United Kingdom seeks a Media Planner, Performance, to understand clients' businesses and craft integrated paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and display partners. You’ll manage planning, ad-buying, optimization, and reporting with the in-house Paid Media team, driving conversions or awareness while building strong client partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years of advertising or media agency experience.
• Proficiency with Google Marketing Platform and analytics.
• Strong written, verbal, and visual communication.
• Ability to analyze data and derive insights.
• Proactive and self-motivated.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the development of integrated media plans and strategies.
• Oversee end-to-end management of media campaigns.
• Implement and monitor tracking of KPIs and overall ROI; execute a wide variety of online media (display, video, paid social, PPC).
• Construct and deliver detailed reports every month.
• Conduct industry, competitive, and audience research using media tools and agency resources.
• Daily pacing and budget tracking.
• Stay up-to-date with media trends and best practices.
• Learn the latest media platforms/tools.
