FINN Partners in the United Kingdom is seeking a curious Media Planner, Performance, to understand client challenges and craft hands-on paid media strategies across paid search, social, and programmatic. You will build campaigns with our in‑house Paid Media team to drive conversions or raise awareness.

The role covers media planning, ad‑buying, performance optimization, and reporting, with opportunities to develop expertise across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other platforms, while staying current

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• 1–2 years of advertising or media agency experience.

Responsabilités

• Participate in the development of integrated media plans and strategies.
• Oversee end‑to‑end management of media campaigns.
• Implement and monitor tracking of KPIs and overall ROI.
• Execute a wide variety of online media (display, video, paid social, PPC).
• Construct and deliver detailed reports every month.
• Conduct industry, competitive, and audience research using media tools and agency resources.
• Daily pacing and budget tracking.
• Stay up‑to‑date with media trends and best practices.
• Learn the latest media platforms/tools.
