Job summary

FINN Partners is seeking an Associate Media Director, Performance to lead performance media strategy across client accounts, oversee activation and optimisation, and mentor a growing team. You will translate client objectives into measurable strategies across channels and collaborate with strategy, creative and analytics teams to deliver integrated campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• 5+ years in media, performance marketing or an advertising agency.
• Proven experience across paid search, paid social and/or programmatic.
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into insights.
• Experience with new business pitches and client presentations.

Responsibilities

• Lead performance media strategy across multiple client accounts.
• Oversee campaign activation, optimisation and reporting.
• Mentor and manage performance media specialists.
• Develop media plans, forecasts and budgets.
• Collaborate with brand media, strategy and analytics teams.
• Present recommendations in client meetings and pitches.
• Drive integrated campaigns across paid search, social, and programmatic.
