Placements24 is seeking a Senior AI Researcher specialized in Natural Language Processing to join a world-class research team. This remote-first role focuses on developing cutting-edge NLP models for translation, summarization, dialogue systems, and information extraction, with emphasis on publication in top venues.

You will lead experiments, collaborate with distributed researchers, and contribute to roadmaps while driving research initiatives from your home office.

Qualifications

• PhD or equivalent research experience in NLP or AI.
• 5+ years of NLP research with publications or significant open-source contributions.
• Expertise in Transformers, LSTMs, and CNNs for NLP.
• Strong Python with Hugging Face Transformers, NLTK, spaCy.
• Proficiency with TensorFlow or PyTorch and large-scale text data.

Responsabilités

• Conduct fundamental and applied NLP research.
• Develop novel algorithms for translation, summarization, and dialogue systems.
• Implement and fine-tune deep learning NLP models using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
• Design and execute experiments to evaluate model performance and scalability.
• Analyze large text datasets to extract insights and patterns.
• Collaborate with researchers and engineers to integrate NLP solutions into products.
• Publish research findings in leading AI conferences and journals.
• Mentor junior researchers and contribute to the team’s technical expertise.
• Contribute to research roadmaps and proposals.
