Qualifications

• PhD in CS/AI/ML or related field.
• 10+ years AI/ML R&D experience with impactful contributions.
• Proven track record leading research teams, including remote work.
• Deep expertise in DL, RL, NLP, or computer vision.
• Proficient in Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Strong understanding of distributed computing, cloud platforms, and MLOps.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic thinking.

Responsibilities

• Lead R&D of novel AI and ML algorithms and models.
• Define the technical roadmap for AI initiatives aligned with business objectives.
