Job summary

MONY Group plc is seeking a Senior CRM Manager – Lifecycle & Loyalty to shape our lifecycle and loyalty strategy across MoneySuperMarket and Quidco. You will translate customer insight into data-led journeys and ensure our communications are relevant, timely and valuable for members.

You will own CRM delivery, collaborate with Prop, Product, Commercial and Marketing, build engaging journeys, measure impact, and drive continuous improvement to grow engagement, retention and lifetime value.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing or customer engagement.
• Proven ability to translate insights into actionable customer journeys.
• Experience with loyalty or subscription-style propositions.
• Strong segmentation and personalization capabilities.
• Excellent analytical and measurement skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Co-own lifecycle and loyalty CRM strategy with senior stakeholders.
• Develop lifecycle strategies across acquisition, onboarding, activation, engagement, retention and reactivation.
• Own CRM for key membership propositions and build engaging journeys.
• Translate strategy into CRM roadmaps, campaigns and tests.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex initiatives with data-led optimization.
