Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in analytics, ecommerce, or affiliate marketing roles (publisher-side preferred).
• Advanced SQL skills are required.
• Strong experience with data visualization tools and Excel/Sheets.
• Proven ability to synthesize data across multiple sources and markets.
• Experience influencing stakeholders and presenting to senior audiences.
• Understanding of ecommerce and affiliate metrics (EPC, CVR, AOV, ROAS).
• GDPR/regulatory awareness and cross-functional collaboration experience.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead monthly and quarterly performance reviews across Western Europe markets.
• Identify growth opportunities by analyzing traffic, conversion, and product strategy.
• Develop frameworks to evaluate key commerce KPIs (EPC, CVR, AOV, revenue).
• Partner with regional leads to guide decision-making and short/long-term direction.
• Translate analyses into narratives for senior stakeholders across editorial, finance, and tech teams.
• Manage cross-market data insights and reporting consistency.
• Write advanced SQL queries and support data validation and troubleshooting.
• Design and build scalable dashboards for self-service analytics.
