Job summary

Quince seeks a senior analytics leader to drive product analytics, growth analytics, and data science initiatives across international storefronts. You will design dashboards, run experiments, and provide actionable insights to influence product direction and market expansion.

Based in Berlin or London with a four-day office expectation, you will partner with cross-functional teams to forecast trends, measure impact, and accelerate scalable growth in new markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, CS, Data Science, or related field.
• Advanced degree preferred.
• 7+ years in product analytics, growth analytics, or data science in ecommerce/tech.
• Strong SQL and experience with large-scale behavioral/transactional datasets.
• Advanced Python for analytics, experimentation, modeling, and exploration.
• Extensive experience designing and evaluating experiments (A/B testing, causal inference).
• Strong KPI development, funnel analysis, and customer behavior analytics.
• Experience building dashboards/tools with Tableau, Looker, Mixpanel, or Streamlit.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

Responsibilities

• Partner with product, engineering, merchandising, and stakeholders to support international storefronts.
• Develop scalable dashboards, KPI frameworks, and automated reporting across acquisition, engagement, conversion, retention, orders, revenue.
• Identify drivers of storefront performance and translate findings into actions.
• Lead deep-dive analyses to uncover growth opportunities and diagnose friction points.
• Design, analyze, and interpret A/B tests and experimentation frameworks.
• Apply advanced statistical techniques to forecast trends and support decisions in new markets.
• Collaborate with global analytics teams on data quality and governance.
• Help define success metrics and analytical frameworks for new initiatives and expansion.
• Be a strategic thought partner, surfacing insights and risks to drive outcomes.
• Contribute to building a high-performing analytics culture with rigor, speed, and ownership.
