Job summary

Condé Nast Publications Limited in London is seeking a senior marketing leader to drive Europe-wide direct-to-consumer revenue. You will lead end-to-end media strategy across search, social, display, shopping and programmatic channels, managing a substantial budget and partnerships with Meta, Google, TikTok and DSPs.

• 10+ years in DTC performance marketing and ROI-focused campaigns.
• Experience leading cross-country marketing initiatives in Europe.
• Proven track record delivering subscriber growth and revenue.
• Ability to manage a team and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end European media strategy and execution across channels.
• Forecast performance and optimise campaigns with CRO and testing.
• Collaborate with Product, UX and CRM teams to improve journeys.
