Qualifications

• Experience in UK residential/commercial development
• Proven track record securing S104, S38 and S278 approvals
• Able to commit to approximately 20 hours per week
• UK-based with right to work

Responsibilities

• Surface & foul water drainage design
• SuDS strategies and detailed design
• Flood Risk Assessments
• S104 drainage agreements
• S38 & S278 highway design and approvals
• Liaison with LLFAs, Environment Agency and Water Authorities
• Supporting projects from feasibility through to technical approval
