Job summary

Strata Construction Consulting UK Ltd in Manchester is seeking an experienced Contract Civil Design Engineer to support a busy pipeline of residential infrastructure projects across the UK. The role focuses on drainage and highways design from feasibility through to detailed design and approvals.

You will deliver drainage design using MicroDrainage / Causeway Flow / Site 3D, produce levels and road designs with Site 3D, and coordinate with authorities to secure S104, S38 and S278 approvals.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering drainage and highways schemes for residential developments.
• Solid knowledge of UK standards and adoption processes.
• Confident in using MicroDrainage / Causeway Flow / Site 3D.

Responsibilities

• Deliver civil infrastructure and drainage design for residential developments.
• Produce levels, earthworks and estate road designs using Site 3D.
• Prepare drawings and calculations for S104, S38 and S278 submissions.
• Coordinate with local authorities and project teams.
• Manage workload independently while contributing to wider project delivery.
