Job summary

Pearson is seeking a Senior Business Change Manager & Practice Lead to own the Transformation Change Plan within the Pearson Qualifications Transformation Programme. Reporting to the Director of Transformation Office, you will lead a team of Change Leads and Analysts and drive best-in-class change management across portfolios including Customer, Learner, and Operations.

• Report to the Transformation Office Director with dotted line to Senior Programme Director.
• Champion change management frameworks and tools.
• Identify/address risks, issues, dependencies impacting delivery.
