Job summary

Experis UK is seeking an experienced Change Manager to lead and coordinate change activities across a complex portfolio of transformation initiatives. The role focuses on planning, delivering and embedding change to realise benefits at scale.

You will work with programme teams, operational stakeholders and senior leaders to manage change impact, readiness and adoption in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. Hybrid working with Manchester as base is offered.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Change Management or Organisational Change roles.
• Experience influencing stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.
• Background in large, multi-site or matrixed organisations is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Translate organisational change strategy into clear, actionable change plans.
• Act as trusted advisor, providing expert guidance on change approach and delivery.
• Ensure people-centred change is embedded across processes, systems and ways of working.
• Conduct and oversee change impact assessments, stakeholder analysis and readiness planning.
• Manage and coordinate change roadmaps, sequencing activity to minimise change fatigue.
• Build strong, credible relationships with senior leaders, delivery teams and operational management.
• Advise leaders on change risk, readiness and mitigation strategies.
• Provide direction, coaching and mentoring to Change Analysts, practitioners or change champions.
• Set clear objectives and priorities across change activity.
