Job summary

Tano AI Ltd. is seeking a Senior Account Manager to own and grow a portfolio of creator programmes that act as growth channels. You’ll combine strategy and execution, leveraging agentic AI to optimize performance and scale across thousands of creator relationships.

You’ll build deep client understanding, craft actionable programme strategies, and lead experimentation to drive customer acquisition, revenue, and long-term creator engagement. This is a fast-growing, in-person role in London.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in DTC/ecommerce, growth marketing, creator/affiliate marketing or performance-led agency account management.
• Strong commercial instincts and understanding of how DTC businesses acquire and retain customers.
• Experience owning a channel, account or programme against measurable targets.
• Strong analytical skills and experience turning performance data into clear recommendations.
• Experience designing and running structured experiments.
• Excellent communication skills, including presenting performance to senior stakeholders.
• Evidence of building or improving something, not just operating existing processes.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of high-growth DTC brands and manage day-to-day relationships.
• Translate client objectives into a clear programme strategy and deliver against them.
• Design creator programmes that drive growth and continually experiment to improve performance.
• Build and communicate the performance story for accounts and identify opportunities.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to feed insights into next iterations.
• Shape experiments, segments and incentivisation strategies to optimise outcomes.
