Job summary

QAD, Inc. is seeking an AI Customer Success Manager with a remote-first setup in the United Kingdom. You will work from home with up to 25% travel to client sites and QAD offices, helping customers activate and maximize value from our AI platform.

The role emphasizes AI adoption, enablement, and collaboration with product, engineering, and CS teams to ensure successful deployments, high usage, and long-term retention across regional accounts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in customer-facing or operations roles (e.g., Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or Operations), ideally in manufacturing, supply chain, or enterprise SaaS environments.
• Experience with AI/ML platforms, data analytics, or related technology.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong communication, cross-functional collaboration, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• AI Adoption & Enablement: deliver enablement, teach best practices for AI value realization, and configure workflows.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: capture user feedback, influence product roadmap, and coordinate with Solutions Engineers and Support.
• New Product Launch and Customer Onboarding: monitor go-live milestones, enable end-user training, and provide handoff to CS teams.
• Sustained AI Operations: monitor adoption metrics, maintain relationship health, and provide ongoing guidance.
• Adoption Rescue Playbook: lead recovery strategies and measure progress after enablement gaps.
