Job summary

ByteHire Limited is seeking a proactive outbound sales development professional to prospect technology companies across the UK. You will identify decision-makers, initiate conversations via phone, email and LinkedIn, and qualify opportunities before passing them to ByteHire's team.

This fully remote freelance role offers autonomy, a performance-driven commission structure, and the chance to build a pipeline of UK technology clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales development, business development, lead generation or outbound sales.
• Comfortable making cold calls and speaking with decision-makers.
• Experience using email and LinkedIn for outbound prospecting.
• Strong research and prospecting skills.
• Ability to identify and qualify sales opportunities.
• Confident communicating with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Identify technology companies that could benefit from ByteHire's recruitment services.
• Research target accounts and identify hiring decision-makers.
• Prospect CTOs, founders, engineering leaders, talent teams and other contacts.
• Conduct outbound prospecting through phone, email and LinkedIn.
• Personalise outreach based on company hiring activity.
• Make cold calls and introduce ByteHire's services.
