Dhillon's Digital Marketing, a UK ecommerce-only SEO agency, is hiring a third SDR to grow our client base in 2027. This pure outbound role involves booking qualified first meetings with ecommerce owners and marketing leads, with no inbound leads or account responsibilities.

You'll work in a three-person pod, with daily coaching and feedback, targeting 10-12 meetings per month ramping. We offer £25,000 base salary plus uncapped commissions, fully remote, with a clear promotion path and generous

• Experience in a target-driven sales or customer-facing role.
• Resilience to handle difficult calls and continue confidently.
• Strong communication and genuine curiosity about online businesses.
• Comfort with data and ability to track personal performance.

Responsabilidades

• Outbound dials to fresh ecommerce prospects before each session.
• Qualify prospects against a defined framework before booking meetings.
• Hit 10 booked meetings per month in ramp, rising to 12.
• Log activity daily to keep the team updated on metrics.
• Work in a small three-person pod with coaching and feedback.
