Job summary

DataForce by TransPerfect is seeking a remote Scheduler to schedule recording sessions for a Data Collection project in London, UK. This freelance/independent contractor role calls for 4-8 hours of work per day, five days a week, starting in the first week of Sep. 2026.

The Scheduler will contact participants by phone or email, screen eligibility, manage calendars, and provide logistical information. You will respond to questions, send reminders, and keep the project team informed of daily

Qualifications

• Idiomatic fluency in Mesopotamian Arabic.
• Ability to work in CET time zone.
• Flexible schedule as needed.
• Computer competency for data entry and reporting.
• Adapt to changing priorities through feedback.
• Outstanding customer service and communication via phone, email, and electronic media.
• Extremely detail-oriented.
• Experience working in a team.

Responsibilities

• Validation of candidates via phone call according to project requirements.
• Checking their availability for the project.
• Answering candidates' questions.
• Providing logistic information.
• Scheduling candidate for the sessions time.
• Sending reminders to the participants to ensure attendance.
• Filling the session schedule days in advance.
• Communicating daily schedule updates to project team.
