Job summary

DataForce is seeking a motivated Scheduler to work remotely, coordinating recording sessions for a Data Collection project in London, UK. You will schedule appointments, screen participants, and communicate with them via phone or email to ensure timely attendance and minimize no-shows.

You will be the first point of contact for participants, coordinating with the project team and ensuring schedules are accurate and up to date. This freelance role offers flexible hours and a remote work setup.

Qualifications

• Idiomatic fluency in Mesopotamian Arabic.
• Able to adapt to CET time zone.
• Flexible schedule as needed.
• Strong customer service and communication skills (phone, email, electronic media).
• Extremely detail-oriented and able to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Validate candidates via phone according to project requirements.
• Check candidate availability for the project.
• Schedule candidates for sessions times.
• Send reminders to participants to prevent no-shows.
• Fill the session schedule days in advance and update project team daily.
