Method Resourcing Ltd is seeking a Salesforce Technical Lead to shape the direction of a health-tech platform. You will balance hands-on development with technical leadership, mentoring engineers and delivering scalable Salesforce solutions used across the UK.

You’ll join a growing engineering team, collaborating with Product and Architecture to drive standards, best practices, and integrations. The role combines leadership with practical development across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

• Senior Salesforce professional with hands-on development and technical leadership.
• Experience leading Salesforce projects across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Mentor engineers and establish platform standards across teams.
