Proactive Appointments Ltd. is seeking a hands-on Salesforce Technical Architect to lead the architecture across a complex Salesforce platform in the UK.

You will review Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, integrations, and drive a pragmatic target-state architecture. You will balance strategic design with practical delivery, mentor development teams, and push improvements in CI/CD, testing, and release management to deliver safer, more frequent releases.

Qualifications

• Extensive Salesforce Architecture experience with hands-on delivery.
• Experience modernising Salesforce environments and solving technical debt.
• Strong knowledge of Apex, LWC, Flows and integrations.
• Proficient in DevOps practices including Git, CI/CD, automated testing and release management.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical architecture of a Salesforce platform and lead governance.
• Assess and modernise Salesforce solutions and custom developments.
• Define and deliver a long-term architectural roadmap.
• Address technical debt and platform risks to improve stability and performance.
• Improve CI/CD, release management, testing, and development standards.
• Mentor and provide technical leadership to development teams.
