Job summary

DeterTech is seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst to bridge stakeholder conversations, solution design, and hands‑on Salesforce configuration. You will document requirements, write clear user stories with acceptance criteria, and work closely with the Salesforce Technical Lead to deliver scalable, well‑governed solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven requirements gathering and stakeholder interviewing skills.
• Excellent process mapping, requirements and solution documentation skills.
• Able to translate business requirements into Salesforce functional/technical requirements.
• Hands-on Salesforce configuration capability.
• Experience writing clear user stories with formal acceptance criteria within an Agile team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops.
• Support the Salesforce Technical Lead during discovery and design.
• Partner with BPO stakeholders to understand day‑to‑day challenges and strategic needs.
• Facilitate process discovery workshops to map future‑state solutions.
• Build elements of agreed solutions directly within Salesforce.
• Collaborate with QA/Test Analyst to validate delivered solutions.
• Produce user stories in Jira with clear value, specs and acceptance criteria.
• Prepare change communications and end‑user guidance with the Senior Administrator.
• Work within guardrails and review adoption for continuous improvement.
