• Proven ability to manage high outbound call volume with quality talk time.
• Strong relationship-building skills and consultative selling approach.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Self-starter with minimal supervision and proactive teamwork.
• Experience in the travel industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new prospect opportunities to drive booked business.
• Meet operational KPIs: call volume, meetings set, activities, task completion.
• Qualify and route leads to the Sales Team as SQLs from MQLs.
• Collaborate with senior sales to convert qualified leads into opportunities.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and adopt best practices in Salesforce or similar systems.
• Coordinate with marketing, product, and operations to align initiatives.
