This role offers remote working with UK-wide travel and a salary of £55,000–£60,000 plus car allowance. You will own the sales cycle, build new opportunities, and expand relationships with key clients.

The ideal candidate will have proven modular construction sales experience, a strong network, and a proactive, autonomous approach to growing a structured sales process across the UK.

Qualifications

• Proven sales or business development experience within modular construction.
• Strong understanding of the modular/offsite construction market.
• Existing network of industry contacts is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Generate own leads and proactively develop new business opportunities.
• Identify and target new clients and markets.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships and build a healthy pipeline.
• Manage opportunities from initial contact to securing business.
• Leverage existing network within modular construction to accelerate sales.
• Research potential new markets and opportunities.
• Collaborate with the wider team to tailor solutions.
• Provide regular updates on pipeline and activity.
