Job summary

Soracom is seeking a Sales Engineer to act as a trusted technical partner to customers throughout the full lifecycle. You will work with sales and product teams to deepen relationships, identify new use cases, and guide customers from proof of concept to production and wider adoption.

The role is fully remote with a base in the UK or Europe, requiring strong English communication and a proactive, self-starting attitude. Experience in IoT or cloud services is preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Sales Engineer or other customer-facing technical roles.
• Proven track record of successfully selling complex SaaS solutions.
• Demonstrated experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and networking knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical relationship with customers across the full lifecycle.
• Identify growth opportunities within accounts and drive adoption of Soracom services.
• Lead technical discovery and solution design for customers and prospects.
• Design and deliver customer-specific demonstrations and proofs of concept.
