The Best Connection is seeking a driven individual for a 12 month contract to cover maternity leave. No recruitment experience is required as full training, guidance and ongoing support are provided to help you build the skills and confidence needed to succeed.

You’ll manage the full 360 recruitment cycle, build strong relationships with clients and candidates, and work towards sales targets with a supportive team. UK-based office role with opportunities to develop quickly.

Qualifications

• No recruitment experience required; full training provided.
• Ability to build strong client and candidate relationships.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle, from business development to candidate placement
• Build strong, long-term relationships with both clients and candidates
• Identify and win new business through sales calls and face to face client visits
• Source, interview and match candidates to suitable roles
• Work towards achievable sales and performance targets with full support and training
