Job summary

TRS Consulting is advertising a Sales Account Manager role in Life Sciences Automation. This home-based position focuses on selling laboratory automatic systems to the life sciences sector, managing key accounts and driving growth across the territory.

The successful candidate will identify new opportunities, attend relevant exhibitions, and prepare proposals and sales agreements while building strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

A background in sales account management selling capital equipment into life sciences, medical, healthcare, pathology, laboratory, healthcare IT or scientific sectors.
Experience selling medical diagnostics, pathology laboratory diagnostics, molecular genetics, haematology, immunology or clinical chemistry systems.
Outgoing and personable with high integrity.

Responsibilities

An account management role selling laboratory automatic systems to the life sciences sector.
Managing key customer accounts and developing strong customer relationships.
Identifying new business opportunities and aiming to exceed area sales targets.
Extending the customer base by participating in relevant exhibitions and local events.
Producing proposals and sales agreements and analysing competitor activity.
