Job summary

Priory Group is seeking a Safeguarding Regional Trainer to support our South region by delivering safeguarding and mandatory training across sites. The role is remote with travel, and you must live in the South, attending monthly meetings in Leicester.

You will design and deliver Level 3/4 safeguarding and domestic abuse training, track completion in the LMS, and produce reports to drive 90% regional compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering safeguarding training in a healthcare or social care setting.
• Strong knowledge of safeguarding adults and children and ability to engage learners.
• Proven ability to manage workload and build relationships across regions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Level 3 and Level 4 Advanced Safeguarding and Domestic Abuse training virtually and in-person.
• Design and deliver webinars; update training materials to reflect legislation and policies.
• Use LMS to track completion, identify gaps, and support sites toward 90% compliance.
• Build relationships with site teams and regional stakeholders to improve delivery and compliance.
• Monitor attendance and escalate gaps or safeguarding concerns as needed.
• Produce reports on training compliance and attendance forecasts.
• Adapt training to meet service needs and respond to feedback and priorities.
• Manage training administration and collaborate with L&OD to address compliance challenges.
• Keep knowledge up to date through CPD and sharing best practice.
