Job summary

Deliverect is seeking an Implementation Consultant to guide key customers through seamless technical implementations and drive adoption of our platform. You will configure the system to client needs, lead trainings, and provide hands-on post-implementation support to ensure success.

Fluency in English is required, with 1–3 years in client-facing technical roles (SaaS preferred). This hybrid/remote role offers flexibility based on location and project needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple, complex implementation projects for SMB, mid-market or enterprise clients, managing timelines and expectations and escalating scope changes.
• Deliver training sessions to clients and partners and provide hands-on support during and after implementation.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor, configuring the Deliverect platform to client needs and delivering customised solutions.
• Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues during implementation, escalating to Engineering or Product as needed.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product to relay feedback and improve implementation workflows.

Your Impact:

As an Implementation Consultant at Deliverect, you will play a pivotal role in driving our success by guiding key customers through a seamless technical implementation process. Your direct engagement and technical expertise will be crucial in ensuring the successful adoption of our solutions, fostering long‑term client relationships, and directly contributing to Deliverect's growth and impact.

This will be either a full-time, hybrid role with a flexible work schedule, offering 3 days in a local European office and 2 days from the comfort of your home. Or a fully remote role working from the comfort of your home dependent on your location.

What you will do:

• Lead and manage multiple, complex implementation projects for a diverse range of clients (SMB, Mid-Market) managing timelines and client expectations while making decisions on project execution and escalating significant scope changes (approx. 40% of the time).
• Deliver comprehensive training sessions to clients and partners, equipping them with the knowledge and tools to effectively utilize the Deliverect platform, and provide hands‑on support during and post‑implementation to resolve technical issues (approx 30% of the time).
• Act as a trusted technical advisor, configuring the Deliverect platform to align with specific client needs and delivering customised solutions using your deep knowledge of our product suite and integration capabilities (approx. 30% of the time).
• Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues encountered during implementation, escalating complex problems to Engineering or Product teams and ensuring timely resolutions for clients (approx. 20% of the time).
• Collaborate closely with internal Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to relay client feedback and contribute to the continuous improvement of our implementation workflows and platform enhancements (approx. 10% of the time).

What you will Bring:

• Fluency in English is required & any additional languages are a plus.
• 1 - 3 years of experience in a client‑facing technical role, such as an Implementation Consultant, Onboarding Specialist or Technical Account Manager, preferably within a SaaS company.
• A proven track record of successfully delivering technical solutions and managing projects for SMB, mid‑market or enterprise clients.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Great troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills, with a proactive mindset to thrive in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, and token authentication.
• Familiarity with logging and error monitoring tools (e.g., Grafana, Sentry) and the ability to delve into logs to troubleshoot.
• Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot) and ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk) is preferred.
