Job summary

Turnitin is seeking a Technology Analyst – Operations to shape and mature Engineering Operations within a large-scale SaaS environment, partnering with Engineering, DevOps, Product and Support teams to improve health visibility, reliability, and operational analytics.

You will help define modern operational practices, automate workflows, and implement telemetry, dashboards, and alerting. This role emphasizes pragmatic processes that scale and empower engineers.

Qualifications

• Experience in Engineering Operations or SRE foundations.
• Familiarity with observability, telemetry, and incident/change management.
• Ability to communicate clearly across technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Improve application health and reliability across a large-scale SaaS environment.
• Build and refine operational processes and governance for engineering teams.
• Connect systems, data, and teams to reduce fragmentation and increase visibility.
• Define and advance modern Engineering Operations practices and tooling.
