- Experience in Engineering Operations or SRE within a large SaaS/cloud environment.
- Ability to design pragmatic, scalable operational processes.
Responsibilities
- Improve application health and reliability through dashboards and health reporting.
- Analyze operational trends and performance patterns to reduce noise and increase visibility.
- Support implementation of APM and telemetry capabilities.
- Operationalize reliability practices across engineering teams.
