Job summary

Turnitin is a global education innovator seeking a Technology Analyst – PMO to improve how Engineering plans, tracks, and delivers work in a SaaS environment. You will partner with Engineering and Product leaders to define metrics, streamline workflows, and create scalable governance across delivery teams.

In this remote-first role, you’ll focus on operational analytics, tool optimization, and executive reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in PMO or Portfolio Operations.
• Background in Engineering Operations or Technical Program Support.
• Delivery analytics and Agile planning/Reporting experience.
• Familiar with Jira, Confluence, Jellyfish, CI/CD, and DevOps tooling.
• No specific degree required — practical experience valued.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver analytics to support engineering planning and delivery.
• Improve Jira and Confluence workflows and reporting.
• Provide delivery insights and governance for decision meetings.
• Partner with IT, Product, and Engineering to reduce friction and improve operational clarity.
• Turn operational data into actionable insights for leaders.
