Turnitin seeks a Technology Analyst – PMO to evolve how Engineering plans, tracks, measures, and delivers work across a fast-moving SaaS organization. You will partner with Engineering and Product leaders to improve visibility, optimize Jira/Confluence workflows, and standardize data structures for scalable reporting.

This remote-first role emphasizes operational analytics, delivery health metrics, and governance to help teams plan, execute, and deliver with greater speed and clarity at scale.

Qualifications

• PMO or Portfolio Operations experience, analytical mindset.
• Engineering Operations and Technical Program Support exposure.
• Delivery Analytics and Agile planning experience.
• SaaS or software engineering environments familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver analytics to support quarterly/annual planning.
• Provide delivery insights to improve decision-making.
• Define metrics for engineering delivery health and visibility.
• Improve Jira/Confluence workflows and dashboards.
• Standardize data structures and reporting models.
• Collaborate with IT, Product, and Engineering teams.
