Job summary

Turnitin is seeking a Technology Analyst – Operations to shape Engineering Operations in a large-scale SaaS environment. This remote-first role focuses on reliability, dashboards, and operational analytics, working across Engineering, DevOps, Product, and Support to improve health visibility.

You will help define processes, automate workflows, and implement modern tooling to turn chaos into clarity while enabling scalable, observable systems across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience with SaaS/Cloud operations in a large-scale environment.
• Ability to design and operate dashboards and health reporting.
• Familiarity with incident, problem and change management processes.

Responsibilities

• Improve application health and reliability through observability enhancements.
• Build dashboards and service health reporting.
• Collaborate with Engineering, DevOps, Product, and Support to implement reliability practices.
• Define and improve operational governance and service workflows.
• Enable AI-enabled workflows and automation to reduce toil.
