Job summary

Megger is seeking a S/4HANA Programme Manager to lead the end-to-end SAP ECC to S/4HANA transformation on a 12-month fixed-term contract. Remote UK role with occasional attendance at Dover site and Germany, including monthly travel during initial phase.

You will coordinate global business and tech teams, manage governance, plan mobilization, and ensure on-time delivery within budget and quality targets, partnering with external implementation partners and internal sponsors.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading SAP S/4HANA transformations or major programmes.

Responsibilities

• Lead mobilisation and integrated delivery plan with milestones and dependencies.
• Establish governance, reporting, decision-making and escalation processes for stakeholders.
• Manage scope, budget, forecasts, supplier deliverables and risks.
• Coordinate design, data migration, integrations, testing, cutover and hypercare across workstreams.
• Lead partners and internal teams to deliver a fit-to-standard S/4HANA transformation.
