Job summary

Next Ventures seeks an experienced Senior SAP Programme Manager to lead large-scale SAP transformations across international business operations. You will manage end-to-end delivery, ensuring on-time, on-budget implementations aligned with strategic objectives.

Role requires managing global SAP programmes, S/4HANA migrations, and multi-country rollouts with senior business and IT stakeholders. Strong governance, risk, and vendor management are essential.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience delivering large SAP programmes in complex enterprises.
• Proven track record of SAP S/4HANA implementations, migrations or global rollouts.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Activate methodology and delivery lifecycle.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional SAP programmes with international stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP programmes from initiation to go-live and hypercare.
• Oversee global S/4HANA implementation, migration and rollout programmes.
• Develop governance, delivery frameworks and project management standards.
• Manage integrated programme plans, budgets, risks and dependencies.
• Coordinate multiple SAP workstreams across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and HR.
