Job summary

Next Ventures in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Senior SAP Programme Manager to lead large-scale SAP transformation programmes across international operations.

You will work with senior business and IT stakeholders to ensure programmes are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with strategic objectives. The role demands hands-on delivery oversight, governance, and strong vendor management across global teams.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience managing large SAP programmes in complex enterprises.
• Proven track record delivering SAP S/4HANA implementations and global rollouts.
• Strong familiarity with SAP Activate and delivery lifecycles.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex SAP programmes and projects from initiation through to successful go-live and hypercare.
• Manage global SAP S/4HANA implementation, migration, rollout, and transformation programmes.
• Develop and maintain programme governance, delivery frameworks, and project management standards.
• Build and manage integrated programme plans, milestones, budgets, risks, dependencies, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate multiple SAP functional and technical workstreams, ensuring alignment across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, Sales, Logistics, HR, and other business functions.
• Act as the primary interface between executive stakeholders, business leadership, IT teams, system integrators, and third-party vendors.
• Drive programme governance through steering committees, executive reporting, and stakeholder communications.
• Ensure effective management of programme risks, issues, escalations, and change control processes.
• Oversee programme financials, forecasting, vendor management, and commercial governance.
