Job summary

Megger is seeking a S/4HANA Programme Manager to lead the end-to-end SAP ECC to S/4HANA transformation on a 12-month fixed-term contract. Remote UK role with occasional attendance at Dover site and Germany, including monthly travel during initial phase.

You will coordinate global business and tech teams, manage governance, plan mobilization, and ensure on-time delivery within budget and quality targets, partnering with external implementation partners and internal sponsors.

## S/4HANA Programme ManagerApply: Remote - UK: Full time: Posted Today: End Date: October 9, 2026 (13 days left to apply): JR100853**The Vacancy**We are always looking for exceptional individuals to join our multinational group of talented professionals and right now we are seeking to recruit a motivated and talented S/4HANA Programme Manager to join our Megger Delivery Office on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a UK-based remote role, with occasional attendance at our sites in Dover and Germany. The role will require travel to Germany at least once a month, particularly during the initial stages of the programme. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of our SAP ECC to S/4HANA transformation, coordinating global business and technology teams and external implementation partners to deliver the agreed scope, outcomes and benefits within approved time, cost, quality and risk parameters. You will own delivery from mobilisation and planning through design, build, testing, cutover, hypercare and transition into business-as-usual support. You will establish effective governance, manage cross-workstream dependencies and risks, and provide clear reporting and recommendations to sponsors and senior leaders. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead programme mobilisation and maintain an integrated delivery plan, including milestones, critical path, resources and cross-workstream dependencies.* Establish and manage effective governance, reporting, decision-making and escalation processes, providing clear status, forecasts, options and recommendations to senior stakeholders.* Manage programme scope, budget, forecasts, supplier deliverables and commercial dependencies, ensuring risks, issues and variances are proactively identified and addressed.* Coordinate business process design, data migration, integrations, testing, cutover, training, communications, readiness and hypercare across business and technical workstreams.* Lead implementation partners and internal stakeholders to deliver a fit-to-standard, controlled S/4HANA transformation, ensuring business readiness, benefits realisation and a sustainable transition into business-as-usual support. **Experience, Skills & Qualifications** **Essential** * Demonstrable experience leading complex SAP S/4HANA implementations, conversions, rollouts or major transformation workstreams within a multi-site organisation.* Strong end-to-end programme delivery experience across planning, design, build, data migration, integration, testing, cutover, hypercare and transition to support.* Working knowledge of SAP Activate or an equivalent structured implementation methodology, including workstreams, deliverables and quality gates.* Experience coordinating business process owners, SAP functional and technical teams, enterprise architecture, security, infrastructure and third-party implementation partners.* Strong commercial, financial, risk and stakeholder management skills, with experience managing budgets, forecasts, suppliers, dependencies and executive-level governance. **Desirable** * Experience within manufacturing, engineering, supply chain or another complex operational environment.* Knowledge of SAP modules including Finance, Controlling, Materials Management, Production Planning, Sales & Distribution or Extended Warehouse Management.* Experience of ECC to S/4HANA conversion and associated data, custom code, integration and business process impacts.* SAP Activate Project Manager certification.* German language skills. **About Us** At Megger, our mission is simple yet powerful: to help people live confidently and work safely by harnessing the energy that powers our world.
